Construction Update: Mountainside + Camelback

Mountainside Residences
The construction process is moving forward smoothly. Levels 1 and 2 have been equipped with hardwood floors, bulthaup kitchens, and all the bathroom tiles and plumbing fixtures have been installed. Level 3 is currently undergoing the same process with hardwood floors and bulthaup kitchens being completed. Drywall in the hallway corridors and residence interiors on Level 4 is in progress, and wood soffits are being installed on the exterior patios. In the following month, the construction team will be installing flooring and kitchens on Level 4, along with cable railing systems for all residences. It’s worth mentioning that the views from the 3 bedroom residences overlooking the Mountain Club are quite beautiful.

Camelback Residences
The construction of the Camelback Residences is making excellent progress, with over 70% of the units already sold. The construction team has been busy pouring concrete over the past few weeks, which includes level 4. In addition, they have started exterior framing work on levels 1 and 2. Excitingly, both buildings will be topped out in June. You will be amazed at the spectacular views from the buildings. Some of the remaining residences offer even better views than initially expected. You’ll be thrilled to know that these views are going to be truly exceptional!
