Construction Progress Update

Progress at Ascent’s Camelback Residences is advancing smoothly, and we’d like to share a few construction schedule updates featuring our continued interior and exterior efforts.

Quality Control Mock-up Residence
• Painting is complete, lighting is installed, and shower tile work has begun.
• Wood flooring installation started this week.

Exteriors
• Roofing insulation for Building A is now underway.
• Stunning stacked stone now adorns the east side of the buildings, elevating the curb appeal.
• Balcony railings have been installed, with waterproofing in progress—patio tile installation to follow.
• Patio tile installation has started on the 2nd floor of building A.
• Stucco work is complete, and scaffolding has been removed, unveiling the exterior’s refined finish.
• Fixed windows are in place, while slider installations have commenced on the east side.
• The main electrical gear has been installed for both buildings
• Rooftop screen walls are nearly finished, concealing mechanical equipment in a sleek, modern design.

Interiors
• First floor drywall is up in both buildings, with taping and floating underway.
• Loft units A103, A105 and A107 interior staircases are installed.
• Second floor drywall installation continues, with fireplaces being carefully integrated.
• Third floor is nearing the completion of electrical rough-ins, while low voltage wiring is following. Water and gas rough-ins are complete, and fireplace installations are progressing smoothly.
• On the 4th floor, drain/waste/vent piping is complete, framing for hard-lid ceilings is in progress, and plumbing continues with water and gas installations. Electrical rough-ins are starting to take shape.

Remarkable progress is underway at Ascent. Construction of the Camelback Residences is moving quickly, thanks to the hard work of Layton Construction and our Replay development teams. Closings are on track for our sold-out Mountainside Residences, and only 11 Camelback Residences remain.
